Support Assist is worthless, just uninstall it. If you can. I recommend doing a clean windows install with none of the Dell bloat. Dell does not bloat it up that bad really....and re-installing Windows just to get rid of Support Assist is kind of silly.
How do you update drivers on Dell?go to dell official site to download drivers -> select your laptop -> download only the latest BIOS driver -> install it, it will automatically update your bios. * You can simply google this: dell inspiron *laptop model name* (ex. 15r n5010) drivers download. *And click the first link, which should be dell’s official site.
