I've bought a pile of CAT40 ER16 and ER32 collet chucks and collets. I don't know how you could even compare it to Chinese stuff. I've got holders from all of the major players, that cost up to double what Frank is charging, and none of them have better runout or balance than the MariTool holders.
I did a doubletake when I saw the OP's post title. I just happened to order a few things (including a set of ER collets) from MariTool today. As usual, I was treated exceptionally well, despite being on the "other" side of the border (the shipping/customs paperwork is a pain in the ass for the vendor).
Condition is "Used". Lot of 25 Pull Studs. Used: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used.
