Evaluation and Management of Fuchs Dystrophy
WebFuchs dystrophy is a slow, progressive degeneration of the corneal endothelium, leading to stromal edema. The edema can cause symptoms such as blurry vision, eye pain, and light sensitivity. Signs and symptoms can begin to appear in the fourth decade of life, although the typical onset is between the fifth and seventh decades.
